Ubiquiti UniFi Partner in Dubai and the UAE
German engineered UniFi networks for businesses in Dubai and across the UAE: planning, project pricing, installation and managed service from an authorised Ubiquiti Enterprise Partner and UniFi Professional Integrator.
Ubiquiti in Dubai: more than a distributor or supplier
Buying UniFi hardware is easy. Getting a network that runs reliably for years needs a partner.
In the UAE you can buy Ubiquiti products from the official Ubiquiti Store for the Middle East, from distributors and from online retailers. What is often missing is the part that decides whether a network works: a design that fits the building, the right hardware tier, a clean configuration and someone who looks after the system once it is live.
This is where InSys AG® comes in. We are an authorised Ubiquiti Enterprise Partner and UniFi Professional Integrator with a project office in Dubai and our headquarters in Bielefeld, Germany. Since 1991 we have planned, installed and operated networks for businesses, and today more than 10,000 UniFi devices are in operation at our customers.
What you get from us:
- Project pricing for UniFi Enterprise products through the Ubiquiti Enterprise partner programme.
- AI-assisted planning in the UniFi Design Center: WiFi coverage is simulated on your floor plans instead of being measured on site.
- Installation and configuration on site or remotely, documented and handed over to your team.
- Migration from Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos and WatchGuard to UniFi.
- Managed service with monitoring, tested firmware updates and ongoing support.
Why InSys AG® is the right Ubiquiti Enterprise Partner for your project
Since 1991 we have planned, installed and operated networks for businesses, as an authorised Ubiquiti Enterprise Partner, UniFi Professional Integrator and Authorised UniFi Training Centre. With Germany's largest UniFi Democentre of 700 m² in the H1 tower in Bielefeld and our offices in Hamburg and Dubai.
UniFi solutions for businesses in the UAE
Network, WiFi, video surveillance and access control on one platform, managed in one interface.
- Firewall and gateways: the UniFi Enterprise Firewall with IDS/IPS and SSL/TLS inspection, or the Dream Machine Beast as a powerful all-in-one console. Both can run redundantly in shadow mode.
- Switching: UniFi Enterprise switches with PoE for access points and cameras, and a redundant core with MC-LAG.
- Enterprise WiFi: WiFi 7 access points for offices, lobbies, conference areas, warehouses and outdoor spaces.
- CCTV and video surveillance: UniFi Protect cameras with AI detection and local storage, without recurring licence fees.
- Access control: UniFi Access with NFC cards, smartphones, PIN or face recognition, managed together with the network.
- Sensors and displays: UniFi SuperLink sensors for leaks, smoke and doors, and UniFi Connect displays, for example for meeting room booking.
All components are managed centrally. With the UniFi Site Manager, several buildings or sites in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Europe can be operated from one place.
UniFi for property developers and residential towers
One platform for the building network, resident WiFi, CCTV and access control.
Residential towers, mixed-use developments and gated communities need more than WiFi. Developers and facility managers want one system that covers the building network, internet for residents, video surveillance of entrances and car parks, and access control for lobbies, amenities and service areas.
- One interface for everything: network, cameras and doors are managed in UniFi, which reduces training effort and operating costs for the facility management team.
- Separate networks for residents, building services and staff, isolated with VLANs and zone-based firewall rules.
- Access control for entrances, gyms, pools and parking with cards, smartphones or face recognition, including visitor access.
- No camera licences: UniFi Protect records locally without per-camera subscriptions, which keeps running costs predictable over the life of the building.
- Standardised rollout: once a design is defined, it can be repeated across towers and phases.
We support you from the early design phase, so that cabling routes, rack space and power for PoE are planned correctly before construction is finished.
Hotel WiFi, CCTV and access control in Dubai
Fast guest WiFi, secure staff networks and licence-free video surveillance for hotels and serviced apartments.
Guests judge a hotel by its WiFi. At the same time, the guest network must never reach the systems that run the property. UniFi covers both requirements and adds video surveillance and access control on the same platform.
- Guest WiFi with WiFi 7, a captive portal and optional vouchers, planned for full coverage in rooms, lobbies, conference areas and outdoor spaces.
- Isolated networks for guests, staff, point of sale and building services with separate SSIDs, VLANs and firewall zones.
- CCTV without licence fees for entrances, car parks, back of house and public areas, with AI-based search for people and vehicles.
- Access control for staff areas, storage and technical rooms, centrally managed and logged.
- Sensors for water leaks, smoke and open doors, with alerts in real time.
- Several properties with consistent configurations, managed centrally through the UniFi Site Manager.

Frequently asked questions about Ubiquiti and UniFi in Dubai
Suppliers, licence fees, enterprise suitability and how we support projects in the UAE.
Who supplies Ubiquiti products in the UAE?
In the UAE, Ubiquiti products are available from the official Ubiquiti Store for the Middle East, from authorised distributors and from online retailers. For business projects you should work with an authorised partner: as a Ubiquiti Enterprise Partner and UniFi Professional Integrator, InSys AG® plans your network, requests project pricing for Enterprise products, installs and configures the system and supports it afterwards.
Is Ubiquiti a Chinese company?
No. Ubiquiti Inc. is a US technology company headquartered in New York, founded in 2005 by Robert Pera and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: UI). UniFi is Ubiquiti's product family for business networks, WiFi, video surveillance and access control.
Where is Ubiquiti located?
Ubiquiti is headquartered in New York, USA. In the region, customers buy through the official Ubiquiti Store for the Middle East and through authorised partners. InSys AG® supports UniFi projects from its project office in Dubai and its headquarters in Bielefeld, Germany.
What are the disadvantages of Ubiquiti UniFi?
UniFi is a broad portfolio, from consumer devices to enterprise hardware, and choosing the wrong tier is a common mistake. Firmware is released frequently, so updates should be tested and rolled out in a controlled way. Ubiquiti does not provide on-site service to end customers, which is why planning, configuration and ongoing support should come from an authorised partner. With professional planning and a managed service, these points are covered.
Is UniFi suitable for large enterprise and hospitality networks?
Yes. Current UniFi hardware covers enterprise firewalls, redundant core switching, WiFi 7 access points for high-density areas, video surveillance and access control on one platform. One example from our projects is Phantasialand in Germany with around 850 access points and 500 cameras, managed in a single UniFi interface.
Are there licence fees for UniFi Protect cameras?
No. UniFi Protect has no recurring licence or subscription fees. Recordings are stored locally on a UniFi console or a dedicated NVR. You pay once for the hardware, and mobile access through the UniFi Protect app is included.
Do you support projects outside Dubai?
Yes. We support businesses in Dubai and across the UAE, and from our offices in Germany we deliver UniFi projects throughout Europe. This is particularly useful for companies with sites in both regions.
Do you work with private customers?
No. InSys AG® works exclusively with businesses, hotels, property developers, the self-employed and public sector organisations. We do not sell to private consumers.
